Palmetto Eye hired our firm to secure the land and work in coordination with the City of Rock Hill on all entitlements to develop this 10,000/SF building.  Our process enables us to bid for services and evaluate the best team members to hire as our architect, engineers and other service providers has streamlined this development.  We are looking to break ground first quarter of 2020 with a completion date towards fourth quarter of 2020.
